Educational Curriculum: Our curriculum is primarily based on the Creative Curriculum. Our goal is to provide a healthy, loving and educational environment for children of all ethnic backgrounds. We will endeavor to give each child the opportunity to express himself/herself creatively and to develop verbal skills, physical abilities and the attributes of sharing and cooperation. These skills are developed through the following learning centers/activities: Art, Language, Math, Writing, Housekeeping, Playground, Blocks, Science, Movement, Sand/Water Play, Music, and Etc. These skills will not only foster personal independence, but also social responsibility. Eligibility and Acceptance Requirements: Children 4 weeks – 5 years of age are eligible for enrollment. Our infant/toddler room accepts children ages 4 weeks to 2 years that are not potty trained. We also provide a Pre-K room that offers care for children ages 2 to 5 years of age and are potty trained. When our center is at full capacity, we maintain a waiting list for enrollment. Children are accepted in our center through Private Pay, County Department of Social Services, and Community College Child Care Scholarships. Meals and Snacks: We participate in the Child Adult Food Care Program a Federal Program that provides healthy meals and snacks to children receiving day care services. We provide Breakfast, Lunch and a PM Snack to our participants. USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
