Is your child between the ages of 11-17 years old and an enrolled member of the Haliwa-Saponi Tribe? Please join us in research as we strive for greater health outcomes within our community for our younger generations and those to come. With this project, we aim to gain a better understanding on the current state of health as it relates to all aspects of life among the youth within our tribe. Please encourage those within your household, and others, to fill out this short survey if they meet the age requirements listed above. In addition to data collection, we will be holding a talking circle on Saturday, October 12th from 12-2pm at the Multi-Purpose Building to discuss current health issues among our youth and ways to achieve optimum health. Please bring out your youth for a fun afternoon of discussion and education! *Refreshments will be served!*
